What style do you work in?<\/h2>\n\n\t\n\n

Hiring an architect takes courage and trust. In practice you are commissioning something you have not seen yet, and cannot know in advance exactly how it will work.<\/p>\n\n\t\n\n

That is why people often ask what kind of style we design in \u2013 traditional or modern? These are good questions, and we are always happy to answer them.<\/p>\n\n\t\n\n

Character and fit<\/h2>\n\n\t\n\n

Every place and every person is different, so our buildings are always made to measure. We want each one to have character, because what is particular is what creates belonging.<\/p>\n\n\t\n\n

That does not mean the design must be complicated \u2013 quite the opposite. It should reflect one clear idea that runs through the whole building, like a simple chord played cleanly.<\/p>\n\n\t\n\n

From idea to building site<\/h2>\n\n\t\n\n

The expression of a building is developed early, in close dialogue with you and with the surroundings. Turning that idea into something buildable and lasting takes just as much creativity.<\/p>\n\n\t\n\n

Structure, joints and craft details can be rough and robust, or precise and delicate. Either way, they help define how the finished building feels.<\/p>\n\n\t\n\n
