The project consists of two separate volumes \u2013 one vertical and one horizontal \u2013 arranged to frame the view and shelter a small courtyard between them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The structure was first designed as a temporary exhibition pavilion. Rather than letting it become waste once the event closed, we planned from the start for the timber elements to be taken apart, moved and rebuilt somewhere new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eight modules in cross-laminated timber were later turned into cabins.
